Franck was born in Cote d’Ivoire (the Ivory Coast) then lived in Lyon, France before moving to the Pacific Northwest. He is a teacher, a preacher, a nurse, and a biblical counselor. But he is most grateful to be a brother to many, a father to some, and the husband to Doris.

For 10 years under the leadership of Rev Edmond Dankyi, he has served in almost every role and leadership capacity respectively at ZOE PENTECOSTAL MISSION and at THE RIVER OF LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTER INTL, Seattle (WA) until Doris & him were called to start OASIS OF GRACE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL.

Franck loves to barbecue surrounded by friends and family.

Doris is originally from Kumasi, Ghana. At a very young age, she moved with her family to France where she met Franck. She is a devoted wife, a supportive mother and a caring friend. Over the years, she has been a social worker for refugees with the Red Cross, a French teacher, a school and family mediator and a counselor. She epitomizes the Titus 2 woman. She has been a constant source of support and encouragement to those around her. She leads Christ In Action Ministries, the missions arms of Oasis of Grace Ministries International.

Together with Franck, she founded OASIS OF GRACE MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL. Both are ordained ministers that are passionate to share God’s unconditional love and amazing Grace around them. Doris & Franck sit on the Board of Directors of several local faith based and nonprofit organizations. They have lived on 3 different continents and they currently serve as missionaries in the Puget Sound.
They currently live in Redmond, WA with their adults children Evanh & Beverly.

We believe the Bible is God’s Word revealing the love of God to the world. It is inspired and accurate. It is our perfect guide in all matters of life and the revelation of Jesus Christ.

1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; John 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20-21

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is loving, holy, and just.

Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; John 14:26;  Ephesians 4:4-6,  Philippians 2:5-7,   2 John 5:7

The Holy Spirit is God and He is continuing the work started at Pentecost. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to comfort us, to bring to our remembrance who Christ is and what Christ has done, to bless us with spiritual gifts, and to empower us to yield the fruit of the Spirit. We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is subsequent to and distinct from the New birth. It endues the believer with power.

John 14:26,  John 15:26,   John 16:14-15,  Acts 1:4,8 ,  1 Corinthians 12, Acts 8: 12-17,  Hebrews 12:28,  Acts 2:42-43.

Christ’s death, resurrection, ascension and sending of the Holy Spirit is the beginning of the New Covenant and provides for an abundant life for all believers.

Romans 4:24, Romans 5:10,17,    Ephesians 1:3,  2Peter 1:2-3, Hebrews 9:16; Hebrews 9:22, Hebrews 12:24.

Man is created in the image of God but is separated from God by sin. It’s only through the finished work of Jesus Christ can the world be reconciled to God.

Genesis 1:26, Romans 4:24 – Romans 5:21, 1 Timothy 2:5.

Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He committed no sins. He died on the cross, the complete and final sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, today Christ is now seated at the right hand of God having accomplished all that is necessary for man’s salvation. He is now our High Priest and Mediator.

Isaiah 9:6, Luke 1:26-35, Matthew 1:23, Hebrews 7:26, Acts 2:23, 1 Corinthians 5:21, Matthew 28:6, Romans 10:9-10, 1 John 4:10, 1 Peter 2:24, 1 Corinthians 15:4, 1 Peter 1:3, Philippians 2:9-11, Hebrews 4:14, Hebrews 12:24, 1 Peter 3:22,

We can have a personal relationship with God through salvation, God’s free gift to man. It is not a result of what we do, but it is only available for all who come to God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. By admitting we have sinned and believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, and accepting Jesus as Lord, we can spend eternity with God. Salvation results in works pleasing to God.

Ephesians 2:8-10, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 3:23-24, Titus 2:11-12, Romans 5:1 John 14:6, Acts 4:11-12.

Divine healing is active in the lives of people today through Jesus, who is the Healer. It was provided for in the atonement of Christ and it’s available through the prayer of faith. Healing includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual restoration.

We believe in the present day ministries of the Apostles, the Prophets, the Pastors, the Evangelists, the Teachers for equipping the Saints, building up the church and evangelizing the World.

Ephesians 4:11-16

We believe our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again just as He promised, in the resurrection of the dead and the final judgment by Jesus Christ according to the Gospel; the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, and the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10, Matthew 25:31-46
